Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY** Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before a scheduled reading. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before a reading, or if you do not show up for your appointment (defined as not attending within the first 15 minutes of the call start time), or attempt to cancel during or after the session, you automatically forfeit your payment.
